We teach primarily Chinese Martial Arts. There is a little bit of everything like Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, Modern WuShu, Tai Chi, and Sanda/Sanshou (Kickboxing).
Yes! We encourage people at all levels to come join. We have many different programs that branch out from our main curriculum, so there is a little of something for everyone.
We have set dates for quarterly testing for Kung Fu. There isn’t a set testing structure for our Kickboxing or Tai Chi course. Those are based on experience levels 1-5.
We start off with warm-ups and stretches, however we encourage students to come 15 minutes early to warm up and stretch a little bit by themselves.
Then, we will work on basics like stretch kicks, stance transitions, different combinations of movements.
The core of the class depends. We work on various skills like forms, jumps, sparring, self-defense applications, or review periods.
